Step-by-Step Preparation:

1. Boil the Noodles:

2. Sauté the Base:

Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions, green chillies, and ginger. Sauté until the onions turn translucent and aromatic.

Add tamarind water, jaggery, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
